“Precision Tayloring” The Intro: Welcome to MLFB 2014

“There are only two seasons – Winter and Baseball.” – Bill Veeck

Welcome back baseball fans, junkies, phanatics, yokels, experts, and newbies alike. As you know, all are welcome here in the domain that is my blogspot on Major League Fantasy Sports. Seeing as how it already feels like it is Springtime here deep in the heart of Texas, and with the Super “High” Bowl less than two weeks away, it feels like the perfect time to start gearing up for the 2014 season.

Seriously though, this is winter in Texas.

Seriously though, this is winter in Texas.

During the following weeks to come, I will have the privilege to comment and add on to the work done by my wonderful colleagues, Joe Iannone and Marc Foster, as they go about ranking the pitchers and hitters respectively. Here at Major League Fantasy Sports we pride ourselves on our work, and are here to help you guys dominate this up coming fantasy baseball season. That being said, we like hearing from you, the reader on how we are doing and what we could do better to help you guys out, so don’t ever be afraid to hit us up in the comments section or on our respective twitters (mine being @roormatt09). The season is a long grind and it starts right here, right now in the waning winter months, but with our help and a little perseverance, you will be on top and dominating your fantasy leagues in no time. So without much further ado, I would like to introduce a sample of how I am going to be breaking down the players that Joe and Marc are going to rank in the coming weeks. Don’t worry if you don’t recognize some of the stats given, we will go into more detail about those in the next two posts. The player I will use for this sample is my favorite player of all time from my favorite team, and just so happens to be one of the hall of fame inductees for this year. If there are any ways that I can improve this for you guys, let me know in the comments section below!
